By using BiasRubric (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

BiasRubric provides AI-powered media bias analysis. Analysis results are generated by third-party AI models and are provided for informational purposes only. Results do not constitute editorial opinion or endorsement by BiasRubric.

3. Consent for Analysis

By submitting content for analysis, you represent that you have the right to submit such content and consent to it being processed by AI systems. You must check the consent checkbox before each analysis.

4. Free Tier Limitations

Free users are limited to 3 bias checks per hour per IP address. We reserve the right to modify rate limits at any time.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Submit content you do not have rights to analyze
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the bias scoring system
• Use results to defame publishers or individuals
• Circumvent rate limits through technical means

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BIAS SCORES ARE AI-GENERATED AND MAY BE INACCURATE. DO NOT RELY ON SCORES FOR LEGAL, JOURNALISTIC, OR POLITICAL DECISIONS.

7. Limitation of Liability

BiasRubric is not liable for any damages arising from use of or reliance on bias analysis results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

8. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be emailed to registered users.
