Notice of Claimed Infringement

To submit a DMCA takedown request, send a written notice to our designated agent containing:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
2. The URL of the allegedly infringing material on BiasRubric
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
5. A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notice

Repeat Infringers

BiasRubric will terminate publisher accounts of users who are repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances.
